5. Curriculum mapping
NB: This section refers to a forthcoming feature of the website which has not yet been developed.
One feature which is planned for the future is the ability for visitors to the websites to search for products against the National Curriculum (the English National Curriculum initially). For example we would like a visitor to the site to example, to drill down by key stage and subjects, to individual programs of work and learning outcomes, and see a full list of products which will be useful in this program of work or learning outcome.
In order for the search to work, products will need to be mapped to the national curriculum. This curriculum mapping is managed in this section.
To map the product, click the Add button and search or browse the National Curriculum to identify the programs which are to be associated with this product. Click on Select to choose them.
It is possible to choose many different programs of work for a particular product; simply keep adding using the Add button
When finished, click on Save Mappings
