2. Descriptions
The PIM Descriptions tab is where you can edit the textual description of the product, marketing information associated with the product, links, features, search keywords, and catalogue copy.
Product description
This is where the main product description is managed. This description appears on the website beneath the product imagery on the Product Details Page. Note, it is not the same as the catalogue copy. Editing this field will not change the catalogue copy.
Trying to describe your product in as full and a compelling way as possible. This is the primary chance to sell it off the web page.

Additional information
Three fields are provided for extra text to market the product; Reasons to Love, Top Tips, and Learning Outcomes. These can all be edited in the normal way.
If these fields are empty, they will not be displayed on the website.
Links
You can optionally and links to the page that displays the product.
Click ADD to add a new link, and enter the title that you would like to display on the screen (the "customer-friendly" name), and the URL to use. Use the arrows to reorder if there are multiple links, and the dustbin icon to delete.

Features
There are no practical restrictions to what you can put in the feature table.
Click ADD to add new features, and simply into the title and description. Arrows help rearrange the order, and the dustbin will delete a feature.

SLI Keywords
Use this input area to target specific keywords which you would like to be used when web site users search for your product. For example, you may want to enter the name of a competitor products here, so if the customer searches for it, your product will appear.
Catalogue copy
This contains the currently held description information for use in catalogue production. If there is no catalogue copy entered, for convenience ProDigi will copy across the Description text, which will be truncated if necessary. Edit this copy to produce a suitable shorter version for catalogues.
This text will be used to populate the catalogue production systems as required.
